The Role
- In charge of several companies and JV whole financial and operational situation analysis, annual budget forecast and account auditing in direct cooperation with each company accountants and make written report to put forward some suggestions to CFO.
- Responsible for submission related financial statements, ensure accurate and timely reports, including (but not limited to): the balance sheet, income statement, the profit distribution table, the cash flow statement, cost analysis tables, trend analysis form etc.
- Monthly closing: understand the input and output of the process, the logic of inter-linked working files, etc.
- Play a key role in the business planning process, understating the business assumption development, the cost center budgeting and the standard cost calculation, etc.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams and companies to support projects by financial analysis and prepare various detailed / multi- dimensional head office costs analysis to identify and unlock possible values / opportunity of better efficiency at lower costs, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, statistics or audit.
- 5 years’ solid working experiences in Finance with at least 3 years experience in Accounting
- Fluency in English and Chinese, especially written English.
- Strong experience in tax law, account auditing, financial management, financial analysis and financial forecasting.
- Proficient office software skills such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong team spirit and ability to communicate with all levels of staff in all business units
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, can influence other functions/departments effectively
- Strong sense of responsibility, good business acumen, great passion to excel, initiative and detailed oriented.
